Application of Magnetic Rubber Recess Former

Normally the steel magnetic recess former is used together with lifting anchors. In application, the T Anchor with rubber ring is firstly inserted into the hole of the magnetic former, by means of the magnet itself adsorption function, and then suck the assembled product on the metal mold wall for pouring. When the pouring process is finished and the concrete has hardened sufficiently, the magnetic slot formers can easily be removed automatically or manually with magnetic force. Simply remove the rubber ring under the anchor head and the finished part can be lifted. Thoroughly clean the dome lift armature magnet immediately after removal and apply mold-release oil before each use.
