What is a Post-tension Wedge?
Post-tension wedges are generally composed of four parts: anchor ring, clamp, pad, and screw. They are suitable for anchors used for prestressed concrete in engineering construction. They are generally used in bridge construction, pre-installed and positioned, and then poured with concrete. They are buried at both ends of the concrete, that is, at both ends of the corrugated pipe, and the end faces are set for stability during jack tensioning.
Single-hole anchors can be used to lock steel strands with a standard strength grade of 2000 Mpa and below. The commonly used diameters are 12.7mm/15.2mm/15.7mm, and other size standards can be customized.
